Playdates today, overachievers tomorrow, says Post

“Are your teenagers joiners? Do they belong to every club on the school’s activities roster, plus two more they organized on their own? It’s because you took them to so many playdates when they were toddlers, says the Washington Post. According to Judith Kidd, Harvard’s associate dean of student life and activities, “this is the play-date generation. Things are always arranged, very much so. It’s also a driven generation. They don’t know what to do with downtime.â€?”
